This post is to inform my customers that I have decided to change the way I do business. I closed my shop at the Strawberry Hill plaza in Guilford at the end of October but I am now taking my business mobile.
This means for many things for my different types of customers. Business head shot or portrait customers, it means more convenience, since I will bring my studio to your business or home. Photo digitizing and custom printing customers, I now offer a pick up and delivery service so you no longer have to bring your project to me, and then later come back to pick it up. I will come and get your project, work on it, then return the finished project direct to you. Custom greeting card customers, it means I will still be able to offer the same great design service as before but should be able to serve you better without the distractions of walk-in retail traffic.
I have been in the Strawberry Hill, Guilford location since November,1984 so closing my storefront was a very difficult decision for me to make. However, this will allow me to better serve my customers with the competitive pricing of todays marketplace. During the past 29 years in business I tried to offer exceptional value, great customer service with a quick turn around. My goal is to continue to offer the same great service you expect but out of my new home office. I am planning on starting an email newsletter with offers and will like to add names to my list.
